Hello,
I just joined this, I am a 23 years old Italian student.
I have very crowded teeth (both up and down lol) and always thought I had to get braces.

A few months ago I came across invisalign website and decided that Invisalign was the right thing for me.
I saw an orthodontist and we started

I am currently on tray number 3 out of 33 (both upper and lower).

@Avantika, can I ask you the reason why you had a midcourse correction? Was anything wrong in the imprints?

Hi Synapse!

I had a mid-course correction due to awful tooth pain. The imprints were fine. Everything was fine, but the correction they planned out for me was intolerable. I hurt every day and I was very sad and uncomfortable and I hated it and was going to quit. So they took another imprint and they redid all of the trays for a slower correction. Now, as you can see by my signature, it has been 18 weeks and I still have 20 weeks to go. I am still in some pain but not as much. The mid-course correction helped me for sure.

I still hate them but not as much.

Well maybe the last part of your treatment, from tray say 15 on, will be less painful
At least I hope so!
