Hi mark here, 21, from philippines, nice to have a website about dental braces.just got my molar bands today and scheduled to have the archwires on thursday. at first it was annoying especially with the separators (worst sensations i felt so far) but it is better now and I know I'm going to thank myself for this on the long run. anyways, I'll try to be an active member and help other members on problems regarding braces, I hope I'm welcome here happy holidays

Had my braces done on friday...I'm in so much pain and can't chew food because of the that cement thing at the back of my teeth.
