How about EASY flossing with braces??!!

Hi All!
-to bad I don’t have a smiley with braces!

So, it’s no surprise that it really is a hassle to floss with braces…check out the video below for a new product that can help you, especially after you eat…like when you are at school, or anytime you are out and about and don’t have time to floss properly.
It really works! Check out the other link wich is a review from a fellow bloger.
You can write to me if you have questions or are interested to have a free sample.
Thanks!

I think there is a user on here who loves this thing. I think I may order one to use with my bonded retainer.

Well, you can count me as liking it. It doesn't, at least in my opinion, replace flossing. But it beats the pants off any toothpick I've ever tried (I usually end up reaching for the floss, to get the broken piece of wood out from between my teeth! ) and has become something I use regularly. It just doesn't seem like brushing alone gets the crud out from between my front teeth the same as it did PBR (that's Pre Bonded Retainer ) and that's right where the BrytonPick comes to the rescue. I have one at home, and carry one in my wallet.

Is that piece that goes between your teeth made out of metal or some sort of plastic?

I just ordered the 3 free samples so we'll see how it goes. I only have my top brackets on so far and it's ALREADY a pain to floss, so I'm hoping this works!!! I'll let you all know.

Julie, that piece that goes between your teeth is metal but it's as thin as (if not thinner than) dental floss and is rounded so there is no risk of it cutting you. Also, it's STAINLESS steel and treated to be germ resistant or something? At least that's what the site says.

Hi!
Maybe this information will help you out:
'Stainless steel used is considered natually germ resistant. Also, because it isn’t porous like toothbrush bristles or plastic or string it will not become a breeding ground for bacteria. This makes it ideal for use during the day when there is no time to floss, making it great to remove food debris and plaque while on the go.'

Hi Guys!
There are several places you can find BrytonPick. If you have Meijer stores near you, most carry them.
Or from the brytonpick.com website.

OR I can send you a sample, I have several available. you can send me a message here and I will share my personal email with you.
Thanks!

I have to say that I got my samples and I'm really not impressed. Maybe I'm not doing it right or whatever, but it doesn't really feel like it does anything for me and it's a bit awkward to use (probably I need to get used to it). Also, I was an idiot and thought "well, if it's thin enough, maybe i CAN go between my gum and my teeth with this thing" and so I did it, and cut my gum just a tiny bit (really - it was NOTHING serious) and so I say don't be a fool like me and try to make this product do more than it should. LOL

I think, for me personally, I'm going to try the stiff-end floss by Crest and just work with that.

Great you've had a sample to try ... I've been waiting for months and I know it doesn't take that long to post to Australia.

Shame you didn't like the product, but it's good to be able to try before you buy ... plus remember it doesn't floss, but it should clean between your teeth with ease!

I've found the stiff ended floss is the easiest way to floss with braces. It will take a longer than you'd like for a few weeks, but with daily practise, you'll soon find you can floss nearly as quickly as you did pre braces.

My Bryton Picks arrived in the mail yesterday and I've given one a try after four meals. I'm finding it easy to use on my front and side teeth (upper and lower), but not my back teeth ... think it might be a space problem.

I like what the Bryton does to dislodge food between my teeth ... but it's definitely a pick and will never replace flossing.

Thanks Michael for posting them to me!
