Dr. Rand has been top notch since I first began my orthodontic treatment. She doesn't pull punches, and isn't afraid to tell it like it is. If you are doing a good job, she'll tell you. If you aren't doing what you should be, she'll tell you that as well.

She was open and honest about everything, price, time, results, from the start.

Her office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and very helpful.

She, herself, has a great "bedside manner". She's friendly, intelligent, and gentle.
