I am not a lawyer, but I'd wonder about one potential issue: if people are naming their ortho and some of what they have to say is good, then is there risk of the site being subject to legal action?

possibly. maybe you can only name the positives? I don't know how well people might comply with that though.

All set. Created the forum. I think this will be great. We will only allow good reviews.. I'm really not worried about bad reviews, as the internet is the ultimate free speech, but I just don't see the benefit of having bad reviews...

I will organize the reviews by country and state as they come in.
