A decent enough article, as far as it goes - but that's not nearly far enough. Still, at least they do know the difference between TMJ and TMD

But disapointing to see no mention, for example, of the importance of canine protected occlusion in minimising bruxing. And a pity they did not highlight the importance, especially if there are already signs/symptoms of TMD, of getting a properly fitted nightguard - their bland statement that "one of the most effective ways to protect the teeth is to wear a mouthguard to keep the upper and lower teeth apart" could leave the reader thinking it's fine just to nip down to the shops and buy a boil and bite, but without proper fitting, this could exacerbate problems with the TMJ.
