I went to only one other ortho for a consultation and was totally unimpressed with how I was treated. Then I went to Dr. Falsafi's office and was greeted warmly, given a tour of the office, and just treated so wonderfully. Then I met the doctor and she looked at my teeth and gave me all of my options, etc. She is so sweet and very funny and her staff are so welcoming! She is also very accommodating when it comes to payment because she really wants her patients to be able to have treatment if needed.

Also, she is very orthopedic the way she does things. I only have my top brackets in right now because she feels it's easier on the mouth and easier to get used to small changes at a time. And, when I was having some pain with what I thought were my wires, they scheduled me to go in right away and when one of the assistants looked at my wires and said she thought it was actually the hooks on the brackets, she called the doctor over who then BENT the hooks and then used a spacer to make sure that my gums, teeth, and the inside of my mouth were cushioned. She said that there should NEVER be any pain involved* and if there ever is, to call the office right away!! Now that, to me, is a really caring doctor!
