yep this is very common and as you move it may get worse or better.. but it is a good sign.. good luck
Hi all, just got my braces put on this morning. I came home and ate some eggs, (soft) and noticed that my front teeth anr hitting the brackets on my bottom tooth. This means when I chew, my teeth dont touch together, so I cant really chew. Im assuming this is normal, but thought I would ask.![]()

So what do you suggest I do? Just continue on normaly, try to find the best position? Thanks for the fast reply by the way.
Another stupid queston, lol, before tho. My bottom front right tooth is KILLING. If I close on it I can feel it move around just a hair, less then a hair. Is that ok? Anyway, about what I posted yesterday, about my teeth hitting my brackets, I noticed I have hooks on 4 brackets, on my k-9's top and bottom. Will this be wise as the bands will be pulling my mouth shut therefore putting pressure on those brackets? This is such a pain in the butt, lol. I just tryed to call my office and the answering machine said they were closed for Turkey day. Oh well, guess I will have to wait, or try another branch.
Edit: I called my office and there closed untill Monday the 26th. How lovely..... but anyway, my teeth are starting to move because my front teeth (both now) are touching both bottom brackets. I guess its getting slightly better. *sigh*
