My brackets were off again. Three of them detached from the teeth when I was eating beef. One was broken when I had oatmeal, and one was off when I was eating boiled peanuts. I do not think those are hard food, so I was just wondering what was wrong with the glue?

My son had his braces put on about a month ago and we have already been to the orthodontist 7 times, because his brackets (on his top teeth) keep coming "ungluded". Our ortho said that it could be just his sever underbite and this kind of thing is going to be expected (for him anyway). I do know that it is important for the Ortho to know right away if there is a "problem". Good luck!

one time a bracket fell off a bottom tooth in my sleep. the ortho had to open up a space for the bottom tooth.
