Getting second round - teeth pulled?

My 15 year old son, Kevin, will be starting his second round of braces. His first round was done at age 8 and included a pallette expander. He has a very small mouth and his teeth are very crowded. Has anyone had teeth pulled for their braces?

I had teeth pulled also as my teeth were VERY crowded. I actually had 4 teeth yanked. It over crowded cases you dont have a choice sometimes.

I just got my braces on, and within the next month I am getting 7 teeth extracted from my mouth.
