Questions

I got on my retainer just yesterday. I was very happy but my teeth really hurts. some questions i got to ask is:

How do you eat with them? I seem to find it hard to eat with them so i decided to take them off.

For the fix retainer, it really stays on permanently?

will it be alright if i just brush my fix retanier instead of flossing?

There is 1 sentence i don't get that my doctor gave me on this sheet of paper.

Close you back teeth, then squeeze tightly. Relax and repeat.

one more question, i can i use mouthwash to clean my retainer?

Take them out to eat. My advice is make sure you wear them. My brother didnt wear his retainer and had to get braces back on!
