help with essix retainers

i got my braces off over the summer and got the clear essix retainers that fit over your teeth. i recently lost my retainers and dont have an appoinment for about a couple of weeks. will my teeth move? because if they do i know ill have to get braces again. but im just stressing out over my teeth moving. im supposed to wear them 24/7 and i have been until i lost them. please help.
