Thumbs up Finally a Flosser I don't have to Thread!

seriously. i would like to give an objective review because that would be fair, but the only thing that has made me this happy since i got these metal suckers in my mouth has been handmade milkshakes. the platypus flosser is a small flosser that has this scoop-y like flat end that goes between the wire and your teeth adn you can floss!!! i mean really floss - up into my gums and between my teeth - even has a brush like end that works around my "squares" ie brackets... i can floss sooooo quickly and sooooo easily, i'm not kidding that i wanted to kisss my ortho on the lips. amazing. changed my life with braces. - it is amazing.

Great that you've found the platypus so good flossy!

I've used a similar product, but didn't find it so great for a few reasons ...
I couldn't change the floss without changing the whole flosser ... such a waste
I couldn't use the head correctly for my side teeth ... possibly because my mouth isn't big enough
I didn't have the control over the movement of the floss like you do with superfloss

I tried the product for about a month, and continued using superfloss, to make sure I was doing a proper job, so once I wrote the promised review ... a negative one ... I stopped using the product and have continued with superfloss.

It's great that the different types of flossers work for some people, as flossing so important ... but remember that flossing correctly is the most important practise.
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
