Ashley I've not used this type of brush, but I think you'd be safe to use it, as brackets are bonded strongly to teeth, and as you shouldn't apply too much pressure with the brush, it should work well. The most important part of cleaning, is making sure you clean every surface of your teeth and brackets. Check that with a brush head as large as the one on the oral b cross action, that you can do this properly.

Good luck with your oral hygiene!
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!

I just bought the same toothbrush and I have ceramic braces and it works just fine for me. Don't apply a ton of pressure, just let it glide over your teeth and gums and it'll work just fine
