    Ellen why are you asking this questions, when the many posts you're made today are about how to have white teeth and products to use to whiten teeth.

    This is a forum for people having orthodontic treatment and therefore can't whiten their teeth until their treatment is over ... are your posts SPAM?
    After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
