hi there
been back to my ortho today to have my bottom brace refitted as it broke
well when i first had it fitted i never really asked to many questions but today i needed answers
well my problem is that i didnt ask if i needed to eat with my brace in but i did try to as when i take it out my teeth feel sore and they seem to crack
so when i asked my ortho he said yes wear it all the time exept for brushig or swimming but the problem is that when i bite down my teeth hit the wires so it is rather difficult to eat
ps the brace i have is a bottom removable expander
anybody else have this problem
i am on the verge of saying scrap the removable brace and just fit a fixed brace
i had fixed metal on the top teeth and never had any trouble eating
