Crossbite Issues

Hi guys,

I'm a 24 yr old male, and i'm upset about my crossbite at the moment. I was meant to have the rapid upper jaw expander in 1999, but after a week I removed it (I couldn't cope, and I think I was immature back then). In 2002, i hated the gaps I had still, so I saw a private orthodontist and he said he could fix my gaps and crossbite with just braces and no expansion device. The image I attached is the outcome. As you can see i still have problems. I'm worried coz i think the best option is really surgery to expand my upper jaw. Please someone tell me what you think. I've put all the concerns on that image file, as well as some notes.

Your ortho looks to have done an amazing job Corry! Your teeth and bite look fantastic and the few tiny things you are considering as issues, may just be due to the way your teeth are shaped and come together. You're so lucky to have such wonderful looking teeth.
