just got braces today

I just got my braces today, well the brackets are on, and spacers, but one of my spacers came off, what should I do?!

What I was told to do is take two peices of floss and put them through the center and pull it apart and shove it back in like you are flossing. But if yours are already falling out then you may be pretty close to being done with them. I had to wait for 3 weeks untill I had mine removed.

OB give your ortho's office a call ... that's always the person to contact with issues like this, as this is the only person who knows what's needed specific to your case!
