    Exclamation lostt!

    Hi, um, i lost my bite-plate for my braces, so what should i do?

    Call your ortho at the first possible opportunity!
    After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!

    You'll find that out when you call them qt. I'm sure if you need to have one, you'll have to have another one made ... and be more careful with it!
