cost of periodental problem

i got pockets for two teeth, one is 5mm deep, the other is 6mm deep. the periodontist suggests do scale and asks for $600 for each tooth. is the price reasonable? thanks

If you're not sure about the price Catoon, check with another perio or two. The most important thing, is don't waste too much time, as these things continue to get worse, until treated ... and then it can be quite a lot of ongoing work to ensure the area continues to be well cared for.
