Help with Asymmetrical Jaw, and Crossbite.

    I am 17 years old.
I have had braces when I was 15-16 years old. To be honest, I did not treat my teeth very well while I had them. I would like to have them again.
I do not wear my retainer, because I accidentally stepped on it, and haven't purchased a new one.
My jaw has made considerable shifts over the year or two that I have had my braces off. One side of my jaw looks like Brad Pitt, and the other side looks defined, but not nearly as developed as the Brad Pitt side.
My lower teeth slope at an angle, instead of being horizontal to my upper teeth (this is also a cause for my crossbite and thickness in one side of my jaw, I think).

I have looked into getting a Palatal Expander, and Braces to treat this problem, as it is becoming very painful, and bringing my confidence down as well. Any insight into this problem would be more than helpful.

*if I have posted this in the wrong section, I apologize. If you could re-direct me, I'd appreciate it.

Sounds like you will need braces and orthognathic surgery to get the results you desire....
