disclosing tablets

Hi,
Can you use disclosing tablets if you have ceramic braces?

We give a packet to all our clients ... and most have upper ceramics.

My own experience was that my tongue stained something wicked, but there was no staining on my teeth or braces, which was great, as that meant I was brushing properly. I used to use the disclosing tablets at night, and my tongue used to be right by the time I went to work in the morning.

Disclosing tablets are a great way to check out your brushing skills!

My ortho told me not to use them as they will stain the ligs on my braces, so I've given them to my friends to have fun with!
