This is going to depend highly on the reason for the two upper bicuspids being removed, which is related to your initial malocclusion. Generally this is for a "camouflage" treatment in adults where the upper teeth are forward and the lower jaw is back. Another reason is for severe crowding in the upper jaw but not in the lower. Speak to your orthodontist about all the options regarding your care. Keep in mind that for larger skeletal discrepancies, this may involve a plan including surgery. Good luck!
