Can wisdom teeth affect my occlusion?

I ask this because my second and third molar of my mandible on my left side are raised higher than the rest of my teeth and have grown in at an angle. Whereas my molars on my right side have grown in normally and dont protrude upward at an angle. Essentially, when I go to bite down there is an imbalance between the way my teeth come together as a result?

Does seem odd or even possible to anyone?

    This is definitely possible!

I recommend you see your dentist and have a check up.
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
