My ortho gave me "Colgate PreviDent 5000 1.1% Sodium Fluoride Booster Prescription Strenght Toothpaste" and gave me a Prescription for refills also.
And Also gave me "Colgate Total Advanced Clean plus whitening past" (regular toothpaste)
So my question is which one am i suppose to use? i forgot to ask that question to my ortho so please let me know...
Is there any other toothpaste that do you guys recommend for whitening my teeth and my ceramic brackets?
Also Blue Listerine Mouthwash will stain my ceramic braces or should i buy something else?

I recommend you phone your ortho and ask ... as this is the best person to answer your questions.
I'd use both ... using the colgate total during the day and the colgate prevident at night, for the final brush.
My favourites are colgate with peroxide and baking soda during the day and sensodyne whitening at night.
Nothing will stain your ceramic brackets! Some mouthwashes leave a residue in your mouth, that requires you to brush or wipe it away. This is a sign of a good mouthwash, as it's marking the stuff that needs to be removed. It can be a bit scary the first few times you see this though, as it may look like your brackets or ligs have changed colour ... but once you wipe this residue away (I used a tissue), and brush, it's all good again.
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
