Question about left tooth

Hello, guys, I just got my braces so I want to ask you one question. At my first visit to doctor, he installed me just brackets and nothing else, although he didn't put them on one tooth that I need corrected. So my question is if he will do it at the second appointment and why didn't he do anything now? On the picture you can see all teeth having brackets without that single one back there. Thank you.

Eastbros you need to ask your ortho about this tooth, but from the photo it appears there's not enough space on that tooth for a bracket to be properly placed. Your ortho will most likely be working on aligning your teeth first, so that your canine becomes more exposed and also so there's less risk of a bracket on it being knocked by the lower teeth.

If this is the reason this tooth isn't bracketed, then it should happen as soon as your teeth start to align ... which may be a month, two months or six months etc.

Talk to your ortho about your treatment plan and hopefully you'll get a more accurate idea of what's planned!

Definitely looks like there isn't enough room on that tooth for a bracket. If you go into my blog, you can see pics of when I first got my braces. I had brackets on every tooth except my laterals, which were too twisted to fit a bracket on. So I had a spring going from my two front teeth and across to create enough space to fit brackets on to them. It was two months before I had brackets on those teeth.
