Hi and welcome!
You need to talk to a few ortho's to find out their answers to your questions, as they need to see your bite and how your teeth are placed in your jaw and how your jaw is working, to be able to give you accurate answers.
Here's some opinions from my work with patients having ortho treatment and from things I've learnt, studied and read.
It is possible, but you'd need a very experienced provider. I recommend you check thoroughly that the person who says they can fix an overibte using invisalign has proof that they have done this before.
It doesn't matter what type of brackets you have, as they are a tool that the ortho uses for the archwires to do the work. What moves teeth are archwires and the skill of your ortho.
There is no way of answering this without studies being done on your x-rays, moulds etc. Most adolescence have braces for between 18-24 months to fix bite issues. Some less ... some more.
A little ... but usually only for a short time, as the work that aligns your teeth, would then move your overbite back in ... and with that your lip will move back.
Brackets that are bonded to the back of your teeth wouldn't make your lip stick out. Where I work, we wouldn't put ligual brackets on an adolescent, so you need to check that out.
Good luck visiting a few ortho's and listening to what they have to say.
