Thought I used to brush my teeth regularly I got some yellow sports. But after the treatment my dentist has polished my tooth to remove those yellow marks. My teeth are like pearls now

Well it is good to know that I will have these spots when the braces come off otherwise I would have been shocked and very upset. I was wondering about this when the orthodontist was explaining brushing to me.

I think that everyone worries about this after having braces removed. I know I did anyway. Just ask your dentist what he can do for you or ways to keep those yellow spots to a minimum. It’s very common so don’t worry about it.

I am getting Invisaglin, so I don’t have to worry about that. A friend of mine had yellow spots on her teeth after she had her braces removed; They eventually faded away.

I too got some yellow spots when I removed my braces, I got my tooth polished. But my dentist told that proper brushing habits while having braces would reduce yellow spots.

So with the I braces you do not get the yellow spots? If that is true then that it just another reason for me to pester my parents to let me get those. I am really glad that I have found this site it has given me more to think about everytime that I visit.

I have a friend that was all in a panic because she had yellow spots all over her teeth, but they told her not to worry about it, that it is very common and they will go away.
