    Ibraces ?

its suppose to be some new thing, they are invisible braces but really the braces are on the inside of your teeth, if anyone has them just want to know about the cost and how painful the process is ??

I just got iBraces put on less than a week ago. It's supposed to be a new technology for lingual braces, which are put on the back sides of your teeth. It's basically for vain people like me.
It's been hell trying to adjust to braces. I'm just trying to keep my focus on the end result. I'm sure adjustment is difficult for most people with any kind of braces initially.

Are these much more expensive? I need braces and was just going to get the invisibles that go on the front of the teeth, but now that I saw this post I am wondering if these are available in my area?

I think Ibraces are more painful to handle then the regular once as they will be in side of your teeth you need to be very careful while eating and brushing. Yeah but if your vain you have to take that extra pain

I have heard of Ibraces. From what I have searched ,the cost is higher because the adjustments are a little more complicated to perform by the orthodontist. I'm sure you have to adjust to the braces being on the sides of your tongue. For me I didn't go that route because I did not know how it would be kissing my husband with brackets on the inside of myteeth!
So far I have not had ANY problems with that .

They are not that bad really! I have been hearing lot of good things about them. My friend had this new type of invisible braces called invisalign..He can take them off while eating and brushing!..which is perfect for preventing any food items getting stuck like with those traditional braces..The only drawback is that they are bloody expensive!

Wow! I have never heard of these types of braces. I am going to mention this to my dentist. I am the type of person who would prefer that no one know that I have braces. Hopefully its not to costly.

I think that I would have a hard time getting use to these types of braces. I wonder if they are more painful verses traditional braces. I wonder if it’s hard to talk with these on. I know it can take some time with any type of braces. I just think these type of braces would take more time to adjust to.
