    I can't wait!!!!

    Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I have posted on here, but I have been reading up on what's going on with everyone. Just an update with me. Everything is still going smoothly with the alignment of my lower teeth. I had to have two teeth pulled last week on top to make room for my teeth to move when I get the top braces on. I had an adjustment today, and got a bonding date for my upper teeth. December 13th!!! YAY!! It can't get here fast enough. Hope everyone's treatment is going well!!

mrsleighty - I was just thinking the other day I hadn't seen your name in a while. How was the teeth pulling? I finally got the date for mine to get pulled, 6 in total next Wednesday. Not worried to much except that I decided to get it all done in one appointment, since my whole mouth will be frozen I am a little worried about biting the inside of my cheeks and not feeling it

So happy your will finally get the top banded, to bad it's so close to Christmas but oh well its getting done thats the important part right?

Hi Sassee!!! The teeth pulling was not bad at all. Of course I only had 2 pulled, but thankfully they came right out. I didn't even really feel a whole lot of the pressure they talk about when they are trying to loosen the tooth. It went very smoothly. I'm certain yours will too If I had to have 6 teeth pulled, I think I would want it all done at once too.

I am extremely happy to get braces on my top teeth. I am ready to get the ball rolling on closing these extraction gaps. I hate to admit it, but I am a little self conscious when I smile now, because of the "huge" holes on either side of my mouth. I don't like the fact that it's so close to Christmas either, but I really wanted to just get it going. My ortho said we could wait, but I was like oh no buddy, we are pushing forward LOL!!

Hope you have a great holiday season, and good luck tomorrow.

Seems yours was an inspiring experience. I had three and the last one was a little it hard to pulled but kudos to my dentist because I didn't felt a single pain too.

Well its done, and my face is so swollen. Everything came out really easily except my impacted wisdom tooth. My dentist worked and pulled and yanked on that thing for 30 minutes before it started to wiggle. I bet my dentist has a sore arm today that's how tough that one was. But its done now, my husband made fun of me because I have a gappy smile LOL. I am dying for coffee, but I am not supposed to have anything hot today :-( I will write a blog post later, just wanted to let you all know it's finally done.

Congrats on the good news! I'm glad your treatment is going well. I had 7 teeth pulled in June, and that's been the most reassuring part of my treatment to date. Things were going well around that time for me (after over a year of NO progress), but now it's back to frustrating, confusing, absolutely-nothing's-moved-at-all mode. Ahhh well, I'm glad others are having a better time!

Got braces on my top arch today!! I am so excited, but this is taking a lot of getting used to. I have clear on the social 6 and I must say, you can barely see them. They look fantastic!! Hope everyone's treatment is still going well.

    Happy Holidays
