    Reverse Bicuspid Extraction

Hello, is it possible to reverse 4 first bicuspid extractions? I am 8.5 months into treatment and the gaps are almost closed on top; the bottom gaps are closed. I am very much regretting the extractions and would like to know how to reverse this. Thank you.

I just spoke with my ortho. He said my jaw is too small to put implants, so the best thing to do would be to re-rotate the canine and move the front teeth forward to a more broad/ideal position, and then use a pin to keep them there. He said the pin is a small screw that goes into the bone and holds the teeth in place. It would go between the two back molars (I think?). I think he said it's known as a mini implant (or something like that). Has anyone heard of this?

What does the ortho community think of these pins? Are they stable? Do they result in bone loss?
