Molar band help

Yesterday I think my band came slightly loose and I just moved it back in then I felt pain in that part of my molars till now, I contacted my ortho about that and I'm waiting for a reply but can you guys help and tell me what happened and what could I do atm?

Same thing happened here... It is not something to worry too much about. One of my molars hurt like hell now and the only thing you got to do is to make sure it is in the right position(only if you can-its not good to move it around) and wait for your appointment with your ortho. He'll take care about it.
