I just got buttons put on the inside of 4 teeth. My ortho said it to help the teeth turn the right way. I have 2 on each side (upper) and a power chain going between each side. It is really annoying and hate having these in my mouth - just got them this morning. He said don't play with them with my tongue and the assistant said that my throat will hurt till I cry. Anyone have experience with these? How do I take care of them - brush my teeth and get food out of them? I'm depressed...
How do I eat with these? I think I'll be losing my Christmas weight- so glad I ate all that I wanted!! Please help!!
