U-g-l-y
How many of you have had your teeth look really ugly during your treatment?? I had a bunch of crowding before, and now I have all this random spacing. Like the braces weren't bad enough, now I am self conscious to smile or talk much because of all these stupid spaces!! I am just hoping that everything eventually comes together and looks perfect when these things finally come off.

tell me about it. They chained me last time I was in and made this crazy looking gap appear in the front on the bottom. I was so mad, they just got they perfectly lined up and now this giant gap is there (okay it's maybe 5 mm, and no one has really noticed but still it seems huge). I went for an adjustment on Monday thou and my ortho said that was supposed to happen, it gives him the space he needs to pull the bottom back now to close up my gaps from my extractions.
Oh and he chained the bottom and top and I let my 4 year old daughter pick which color to use - she picked pink LOL, oh well at least it's only for 5 weeks.
Besides your crazy random spaces how else have you been doing? I haven't been on here as much as I want to be lately. :-(

Everything is good. I am just an impatient person and I need to get over that with these braces, or I am going to drive myself crazy!! I just don't want huge gaps in my front teeth during this process. Like I said I am already self conscious enough, and now we're adding huge gaps to the mix. LOL! I am just ready to start seeing some perfection. LOL!
Hope you and your family had a nice holiday

@NarcoAngel I hope your canine moves as planned. This whole process is really frustrating for a control freak like myself. I am trying to learn to take it one day at a time.
Keep us posted on how your treatment is coming along.

@mrsleighty - My holidays were wonderful Thank-you, I hope the same for you.
@NarcoAngel - I feel your pain, I have a tooth that is not in the wire yet either; we are currently making space for it to be pulled forward. It's in the front top too so fairly noticeable. So frustrating to patiently wait.
