Hi, I'm not too satisfied with my smile, so I've been thinking about getting braces. I really dislike the gap between my central incisors and my lower row of teeth aren't straight either. I was wondering if I needed braces or if any other method like invisalign would work? And how long would each treatment take? Thanks!
Here's how my teeth look:

Completely up to you. I would give anything to have teeth like yours! Since your teeth are already pretty much straight, with slight gaps, you may only need them for a short period of time. Just depends if you want to spend the money on them. It's not just the braces costs either. Depending on the braces you get, I have had to spend more money on different food, hygiene products, parking, etc just to get this treatment done and smooth.

I had a 4 millimeter gapg in my upper front two teeth that Invisalign closed up in 5 months.
How is your bite? Closing gaps and straightening teeth is fast, but if you want straight teeth and a good bite then that will take longer. I had Invisalign to ONLY straighten my teeth and that took 7 months. But now (6-7 years after Invisalign) I have ceramic braces to fix my bite and I wish I just got braces in the first place. I agree with the above, go to a FREE consultation and they can tell you what you need to know! Good luck![]()

Braces will definitely work faster than Invisalign - and is generally cheaper too, so if you're concerned about cost then go for braces... but if cost is no issue and you don't like the idea of wearing braces then Invisalign. I'm no orthodontist but you don't have huge gaps or major crookedness to fix, so I'm sure you'll be an ok candidate for Invisalign.
