the second attachment displays my dissatisfaction. Its a shot taken from further away.
i had braces for about a year and a half and while i was initially pleased with my smile right after the braces were taken off, I have come to question my satisfaction with the smile. My teeth were pretty jacked up before braces and now there much better, however not perfect. My orthodontist is recommending that i get a veneer on my lateral incisor. I was also thinking about evening out my gums (i was thinking the front central incisors).
Can you evaluate how my orthodontist did with my teeth? say on a scale of 1-10
Is the veneer worth it (since it costs like 700$) and the evening out of gums?
Any other suggestions on how I can improve my smile?
*sorry for being a perfectionist lol.
Thanks in advance!

I don't see what the problem is. Are dissatisfied with your bite? Tooth shape? Gum line? Your smile looks great to me.
It all looks OK to me too. Most of those photos are too small to tell, but according to the 1st one- I would say that doing some gum contouring (aka Gum Lift) would be quite beneficial. You can even out your Central Incisor's gum line, and even trim some away from above your upper central Laterals to make those teeth larger in conjunction to your Incisors. Other than that, I would say no to a Veneer because I would bet they'd want you to get all 4 (or more) teeth done with Veneers on the top to ensure they're all symmetrical. Just my 2 cents but I think your smile is GREAT! :)
I agree, I think just some gum contouring on your central incisor is all it would take, because in my opinion your teeth/ smile looks awesome! No black triangles or anything!
thanks for the responses everybody! And i wasnt smiling haha, i tried to open my mouth as wide as i could lol to take the pics. Ill definitely look into gum contouring on the central incisors, but should i also consider getting it done on the lateral incisors?
I think your teeth look really good. If when you smile your gums do not show I would leave things how they are.
My upper right lateral incisor is smaller than the upper left, I dislike this but refuse to get bonding or a veneer so will just have to live with it. Unfortunately braces cannot correct everything, the main thing they can't do is change the shape of our teeth
If they were my teeth I would be very happy with them :)
Braces were fitted in late 2010. Still currently in braces.
