Tooth polishing?

How often one can get teeth polished. I doubt that it removed enamel for the surface of the teeth. Can we polish using dental white strips? Are they safe?

White strips are good if you are not concerned with anything other than the front of the teeth, that’s all they whiten. Studies have said that the whitening trays work better. There are no safety issues involved with either. Just follow the directions.
