I switch to tray 7 in 6 days! Yay!
A little update. Gaps are forming between my top front teeth. Exciting.. because then they can start straightening out.
In case anyone wanted to know if it was okay to drink mango kombucha with trays in, it's mostly okay.. until whatever coloring in the drink turns your trays a RIDICULOUS yellow color. It's insane. Luckily, for some reason or another, it's not completely obvious while they're in my mouth, but OMG.. they look
Been a while! Whoops!
I'm on tray 5. Woohoooo.. so far so good. I had my appointment two weeks ago to get trays 4, 5 and 6, and he said everything looks great. It was the quickest appointment ever, which is weird. But then these friends were like, "how long have you had them?" and I said "About two weeks" and they were surprised and said they were definitely invisible. Cool!
And then Sunday I was having dinner with my family and I got caught post-meal brushing.. since I've
My orthodontist told me that on Wednesday, and then he laughed like it was hysterical. So it sort of made me giggle.. And it's not totally untrue. :)
Four days in... this first set is weird, because I'm like "meh, they're comfortable, I hope something is actually happening." And then I take them off to eat and I can see a gap between my front right tooth and the little tooth to the right of it.. I don't know what it's called. Anyway that was interesting and somewhat
