Just under $6800 for me, in the Seattle area (actually, the "Eastside" which is sometimes more expensive). This includes two sets of retainers. insurance paid $1500 of that.

Oh, and I have 30 upper / 30 lower for my initial treatment (and 15 attachments! Or maybe it's 16 - it's a lot anyway) I am being treated by an ortho.

Invisalign Express is an entirely different product that uses up to 10 aligners. The movements you can do are extremely limited and this product is meant for only the mildest anterior problem. The orthodontist can only slightly tip teeth with this version, hence the decreased cost.

Please remember, everyone, Invisalign is a tool and it works differently in different hands. It's a whole lot different than car shopping where two cars are identical. Usually you are going to get what you pay for, so if you want quality you have to pay for it. There is a massive difference between provider ability throughout the entire process. best wishes, Dr. D

Mine is $4500 in DC. I have a pretty long case too. 31 U and 22L.

My friend's mom works at this dentist office and I think they gave me the family discount. I had gone to another dentist and he had quoted me $6000

  12. Spent just over 5,000 GBP at the dentist recently. 3,500 of that was on Invisalign, the rest was on teeth whitening, 3 fillings and periodontal treatment. Expensive but hopefully worth it in the end. So far waiting for their call back as only just had two lots of impressions done for whitening / Invisalign

ActuallyThe cost of Invisalign aligners is based on a number of factors, but the average price is approximately $4,500.
